Hey, how can i get this sauls story book or other(for weapons)?? Need do mission or quest and

Talk to the Historian Durmand, near the collectors, and he'll give you Saul's Story and Staff.

Edit: Yup Elder, that's it. Davorin, you DO have the Bonus Mission Pack, right?

you cant get them if you dont have the additional content purchased for your account btw...

You must have the bonus mission pack to get those missions. You can't buy them from someone because they are customized, as are the weapons. http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Bonus_Mission_Pack
